MEET THE FOUNDER & medical director

Dr. Gregory Derderian

Dr. Derderian is double board-certified in General Surgery and Cardiothoracic Surgery.

Over the course of his distinguished medical career, Dr. Derderian has pioneered and implemented innovative therapeutic approaches in both specialties. His interest in alternative medicine began in 2010, when both his wife and son were being treated for what was believed to be Fibromyalgia or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. In 2016, they were formally diagnosed with Chronic Lyme Disease—marking the beginning of a new journey for Dr. Derderian.

For the next four years, he immersed himself in the study of Chronic Lyme Disease, focusing on its pathophysiology and evolving treatment modalities. Drawing on his background in hyperbaric environments during residency, he explored a wide range of therapies, including profound hyperthermia, advanced antibiotic regimens, oral and IV nutritional therapies, light-based treatments, and other complementary interventions.

In 2020, while using a cosmetic device to treat his wife, she experienced a severe Herxheimer reaction. Despite a lack of scientific evidence at the time, her instincts proved accurate—as they often did. This unexpected outcome prompted further exploration. Over the following year, Dr. Derderian successfully trialed the device with several patients.

By 2022, he launched a prospective study, treating a cohort of 10 patients diagnosed with Chronic Lyme Disease (Post-Treatment Lyme Disease Syndrome) over a four-month period. These patients, who had previously failed multiple therapies—including prolonged antibiotics, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and nutraceuticals—all experienced notable improvements with electromagnetic therapy. In several cases, patients achieved complete remission—outcomes unmatched by any prior treatment.

And now, the journey continues.
